We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant / Secretary / Receptionist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in related course
  • 0-2 years work experience.
  • Fluent in Oral and written English
  • Basic knowledgeMs software such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Weekly training

Remuneration

  • N45,000 – N65,000 / month.
  • Monthly Health bonuses
