We are recruiting to fill the position below:
1) Job Title: Office Driver
Location: Lagos
Requirements
  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • 3 years driving experience and long distance driving to all parts of Nigeria.
  • Familiar with Lagos routes
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Must married and above 30 years.
  • MUST be staying within Abule-Egba/Iyana-Ipaja/Oko-Oba axis of Lagos state.

2) Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Heavy Duty Machine)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
  • Set up maintenance schedules to ensure each truck is kept in top condition and monitor them
  • Implement and monitor a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Work closely with the mechanics to find ways to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance of the trucks.
  • Maintain a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each truck, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
  • Check all repair work performed in shop for completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to the fleet
  • Take preventive measures to ensure the safety of trucks and drivers.
  • Ensuring that all trucks are properly registered; track their registration expiry and carry out inspection on regular basis
  • Monitor fuel purchases by administering fuel vouchers / funds for all truck to their respective drivers and ensuring compliance by regular visits to partner fuel stations.
Requirements
  • HND / B.Sc in Transport Management or related field with minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience.
  • The ideal candidate must have knowledge of different kinds of trucks and must be able to manage drivers effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to changing requirements and ad-hoc requests.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.

3) Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Job Description
  • Promote / sell / secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Market the company’s AGO products to existing/potential customers.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a minimum of 3 years direct sales experience in Petroleum products.
  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing or related field
  • Must be result-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

4) Job Title: Senior Manager (Telecoms)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Oversee the daily activities of the operations department
  • Maintain excellent relationships via strong stakeholder management, and communication practices at all levels
  • Participate in Contract negotiations to reduce cost
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of tactical intervention plan to improve network site/cluster utilization, profitability and revenue generation.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate new processes to team members
  • Oversee fuelling and servicing of generator set on sites
  • Check and ensure servicing proposals and fuelling proposals are well prepared before forwarding to the Audit department
  • Review the daily activities of the operation unit especially as it concerns the alarms
  • Monitor/supervise mobile generator deployment to sites
  • Daily check on the engineers at sites to ensure seamless activity thereby reducing sites down
  • Ensure collated forms from engineers by the operations unit are signed timely and follow up to the stage of getting the monthly clearance
  • Ensure clearance forms from the operations unit are presented timely and accurately.
  • Ensure the Admin Manager get a monthly servicing report from the operations unit
  • Negotiate with vendors for effective costing
  • Monitor the store unit especially servicing materials and vehicle parts in stock
  • Periodic visitation to sites for updates
  • Other duty as may be assigned.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a B.Sc / HND in relevant field. MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years professional experience as a Senior Manager with experience in Telecoms Operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; experience identifying and resolving issues independently based on own initiative.
  • Proactive in nature and accountable in practice; clear ownership over results and quality of work
  • Structured, logical, and creative thinking.
  • Established track record in driving cross-functional initiatives and/or building out workflows and process improvements within teams that produce measurable impact.

5) Job Title: Senior Auditor

Job Description
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
  • Obtain and analyse and evaluate accounting documentation.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect auditТs results and document process
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor managementТs interventions
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
  • Ensure physical control of assets
  • Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors.

  • Ensure monthly check of cash and bank reconciliation

Requirements
  • BSc / HND in Accounting / Finance with ICAN certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Senior Auditor
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity combined with cooperative attitude.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignment with time constraints
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office and Accounting software
  • Proven knowledge of Auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
  • High attention to details, excellent analytical and good reporting skills
  • Sound independent judgement

Job Description
  • Day to day management of Oil & Gas operations
  • To ensure appropriate maintenance and management of all heavy duty trucks.
  • Conduct routine inspection on all trucks to ascertain their state and working condition.
  • Ensure timely and adequate repair and maintenance of all trucks by the maintenance team.
  • Actively work with the maintenance manager towards the formulation and implementation of maintenance department related Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Proactively initiate and maintain good relationships with all maintenance vendors and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of all activities in the transport section as required
  • Introduce new businesses to the company.
Requirements

8) Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Directing activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking transportation trucks.
  • Plan, organize and manage the work subordinating staff to ensure that the work assigned is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve issues in the transport section.
  • Develop and implement a proactive plan and structured approach to the maintenance of trucks/Vehicles, keep within the designed budget and ensuring all trucks used are fit for purpose.
  • Ensuring transport staff delivers the service appropriately.
  • Ensure that all trucks are complaint with legal regulatory and contractual requirements and where necessary escalating any identified issues and recommending resolution to the management.
