1) Job Title: Front Desk Personnel

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a clean/tidy, conducive and safe work environment for customers and staff at all times.
  • Ensure that all marketing material (fliers, products and service price list, souvenirs etc.) are available for clients.
  • Organize customers in queue in other to reduce waiting time as much as possible.
  • Welcome customers, communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, and face to face
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services available to clients
  • Determine and respond to customers enquiries in a professional manner by directing them to the respective workstation or unit where their needs would be served
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments or units for further investigation and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Organize, Sort and distribute incoming mail without delays
  • Act as a direct supervisor to Office Assistants to ensure an effective and efficient discharge their duties at all times
  • Ensure that the branch telecommunication lines are adequately topped-up with airtime
  • Be security conscious and pay attention to people coming and going through the reception doors and report any suspicious activity to the General Manager or Internal Control

2) Job Title: Internal Audit Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Audit Manager in collation of audit requirements as specified from time to time.
  • Evaluate the various procedures and processes that entail weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audit in the organization.
  • Ensure proper audit controls and compliance at all levels and departments in the organization.
  • Inspect for accuracy of policy procedures being followed in various departments.
  • Point out loopholes in the policies and procedures and bring it to the notice of the senior auditor within the least possible time frame allotted.
  • Maintain the database of all the internal and external auditors including the various reports that need to be submitted to each auditor on a regular basis.
  • Develop and submit audit budget under the guidance of the senior auditor and implement the same on approval of the board of directors of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance of all the audit procedures and policies followed by the organization according to the category specified by the state audit department.
  • Keep track of the annual tax audit and collate information into other audit procedures without fail.
  • Verify various financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, assets and liabilities statement and equity statement on a quarterly basis and submit report to senior auditor.
  • Ensure compliance of fraud control policy available in the organization apart from providing suggestions for improving the same periodically.

3) Job Title: Head (Credit Analysis/Risk)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Must be able to lead a team of Credit/ Marketing Officers.
  • Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
  • Improve loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of all requirements.
  • Analyze the financial viability of client’s requests
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with loan applicants.
  • Review all loan documents and agreements to make sure these are all complete, valid and in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
  • Accomplish company’s mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in numerate discipline
  • Must have worked in the Credit and Marketing Department of a reputable Finance House.

  • maintain cleaning area, testing of product, weld in wires, bundle, label finished wire and shut down line on wire coating equipment that cleans and coats wire with galvanized steel that is used to manufacture fences.
  • Start up and shut down must be done quickly.
  • Must keep area clean and organized.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Engineering & other related field
  • Must have experience in galvanizing
  • Must have worked in a steel company
  • Must have manufacturing machine set up experience with mechanical abilities.

8) Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Update, Monitor and Input Presales tracker sheet for all Installation, survey, Trial/POC and activation requests.
  • Daily & Monthly report on presales tracker sheet.
  • Process account activations for newly installed links for both new and existing clients
  • Liaise with all stakeholder and ensure contracts are signed, submitted & documented for all client
  • Weekly handover reporting of newly installed accounts for Cooperate account, partners, resellers and dealers to Account Management.

9) Job Title: Application Security Tester

Location: Lagos
Duration: 3 months Contract

Job Description

  • We are currently looking to hire an Application Security Tester, to help deliver on a project in Nigeria for a 3 months contractual period.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Design tests and tools to check, try to break into and probe for defects/vulnerabilities of security-protected applications and networks;
  • Application Security Code Review – SAC;
  • Conduct application security assessments and penetration tests web, mobile, web service, etc. Assessments involve manual testing and analysis as well as the use of automated application vulnerability scanning/testing and/or code review tools i.e. Burp Suite Professional, HP Fortify or Checkmarx;
  • Writing a formal security assessment report for each application, using the company’s standard reporting format;
  • Participating in conference calls with potential clients to scope out newly requested security projects and estimate the amount of time required to complete the project and current clients to review assessment results and consult with the clients on remediation options;
  • Retesting security vulnerabilities and republishing reports to indicate the retesting results;
  • Leading other application security related projects, such as helping customers build security into their software development life cycles, configuring and tuning web application firewalls;

  • Lagos, Nigeria with national and international travel.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing/Business Administration/Social Sciences or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower
  • Cognate experience in a sales role in the Training and Consulting Industry.
  • 6-7 years verifiable commercial and business experience
  • Strong personal sales network in the Training and Consulting industry
  • Self-motivated with excellent leadership qualities
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and effectively within a diverse team
  • Good listening, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and conversant with the use of sales and marketing application programs like Sales Force, CRM Dynamics etc.
  • Understands the sales process
  • Can use both Word and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate Interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Understands how to sell
  • Can demonstrate their ability to manage their time so that they can maximise the number of phone calls and visits made to a client
  • Understands how to research and identify prospective clients
  • Can present feedback using Word, Excel and other presentation applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
