Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications

  • BS/MS Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant – Generator

Locations: Abuja, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Ibadan, Kano and Lagos

Job Description

  • Promote and sell Company’s products and services that matches with the needs and requirements of customers. Build and maintain positive and long-term relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell Company’s products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing and new prospects and close sales deals.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts.
  • Develop sales forecast plan that successfully meets the company’s overall business plan and strategy working with the sales team and ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Assist Sales Consultants in establishing personal contact and rapport with key decision makers.
  • Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for sales by territory and brands.

  • Audit Stores reports (eENG warehouses/ Invoicing/ Gensets counting)
  • Liaise with Accounts for closure of the month
  • Analyze Open Lines SO for non-stock items
  • Audit Dummy accounts and Project accounts
  • Conduct Lease reconciliation
  • Communicate with other departments to verify records and confirm company policies
  • All contracts undr him, this implies to presents P&L for these Projects
  • Post Cost for the month:  Supervise all project posting accounting
  • Work In Progress account reconciliation
  • Financial report for Insurance Projects
  • Capital Work in Progress for Assets Reconciliation
  • Monitor all GRN postings ( Foreign & Local )
  • Follow up all AX errors with Synergy team
  • Reconcile all Deferred accounts
  • Ensure all Deliveries & GRN are Invoiced
  • Prepare Purchase & Sales Returns to control LOT ID & 69999 account
  • Assets Recon ( TB with Schedule )

Job Title: Clearing & Logistics Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for Company’s imports, Raw material, Machinery, Spare Parts, and capital equipment and work within a diversity of regulations and requirements set down by government, financial institutions and private enterprises.
  • Responsible for all import function of the company from pre shipment, shipping and clearing from the ports
  • Ensure submission of customs documents required to facilitate clearing of imported cargo when the required documents are not available, incumbent is to initiate corrective actions
  • Ensure opening of form m / lc application to import, timely order execution & documentation like pre & post shipment documents.
  • Manage customs documentation for clearing and forwarding.
  • Liaising with the shipping company on all issues with consignment
  • Administering import procedures and documentations and effectively liaison with Nigerian customs logistics
  • Managing demurrages, port charges within specified norms.
  • Managing seamless movement of the consignments to the destination.
  • Liaising with port authorities & customs officials, monitoring compliance to regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, SON, Customs, NXP, Banks, Inspection agents etc.) and ensuring proper maintenance of requisite papers & documents.
  • Coordinating with port authorities for various requirements connected the vessels handling at the ports.
  • Renewal of relevant licenses for all company imported listed items, should be conversant to the procedures
  • Regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the business on all imported orders/ shipments
  • To ensure compliance with all procurement policy, customs, importation and financial regulation regarding importation of goods
  • Provide the business with market insights on new government and regulatory policy as it affects importation.
  • Any other assignment that may be given from time to time by superior officers
  • Drive continuous improvement culture and high level of employee engagement at all levels in department.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in the development of people to provide a strong bench for backfills. Education Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • MBA with relevant professional certification will be an added advantage Technical Requirements Knowledge Requirements
  • Must have operational knowledge of the ports and government agencies.
  • Must have knowledge of proper clearing and haulage documentation for imports.
  • Must have appropriate knowledge of inspection agents, banks, shipping companies and terminals.
  • Must have the ability to handle customs and shipping companies for imports
  • Must have knowledge of the customs and excise HS code and explanatory notes.
