procedures to maintain the efficiency of our sourcing operations - Identify, negotiate and realize

service - Conduct periodic
supplier/contractor performance evaluation for quality improvement and
provide/discuss outcome with suppliers - Manage regulatory compliance
procedures related to procurement - Work with the legal team to
negotiate terms of contacts and SLAs - Develop and maintain effective
long-term relationships with suppliers

- Assists in the execution and

across Dangote Cement Plc. business units. - Reports to the Head of
Sustainability, DCP.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of five to
seven years of proven experience in Corporate Sustainability department of
a large organization, preferably, a multi-national. Candidates with
related experience in data analysis and reporting with very good oral and
written communication skills may also be considered. - Personable communication with
various sustainability stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers,
consumers, governmental agencies, communities, non-governmental
organizations – NGOs, etc.) related to inquiries and requests for
information. - Collection, maintenance and
analysis of relevant sustainability data and metrics. Development of
reporting systems, as needed. - Cross-functional collaboration
with all of the company’s worldwide business areas, related to
sustainability activities. - Performing research, review and
analysis for special projects. - Preparation of necessary
administrative, operational and statistical reports for use by internal
